Recently, the 3rd Great Nation Craftsman Innovation Exchange Conference and Great Nation Craftsman Forum with the theme of "Craftsmanship Forging Dreams and Moving towards New Directions" was grandly opened in Chongqing. This conference is jointly organized by the All China Federation of Trade Unions, the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government. With the theme of "Craftsmanship for Dreams, Moving towards the New", it aims to showcase the innovative creations of the country's craftsmen in the development of new quality productive forces, as well as the innovative practices and reform achievements of the labor union organization in mobilizing workers to participate in it and the construction of the industrial workforce.

Professor Liu Weidong, a professor at Jilin University and founder of Feynman Technology, was recommended by the Jilin Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to attend the conference due to his outstanding achievements and innovative spirit in the field of wheel shoes. Feynman Technology's unmanned vehicles are at the forefront of non pneumatic tires, which have quickly been applied and become the best choice for unmanned vehicles. The new track was also unveiled on the 93 military parade unmanned combat vehicle.

At the meeting, the Secretary of the Party Group of the Jilin Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the Border Secretary expressed strong interest in this non pneumatic tire. "How adaptable is this tire in logistics, agricultural machinery, and other fields? Can the training of front-line technicians keep up with the pace of research and development?" The Border Secretary repeatedly raised key questions, focusing on the efficiency of technological transformation and the empowerment of industrial workers. When he learned that the company has cultivated more than 20 tire structure design backbone through the "school enterprise cooperation" model, and the products have been supplied in bulk to multiple unmanned vehicle companies, he emphasized that "the trade union should actively connect with the needs of the enterprise, build an innovation platform on the industrial chain, and enable skilled craftsmen to have a place of strength.

At the meeting, the Jilin Provincial Federation of Trade Unions showcased numerous hard core innovative achievements and characteristic cultural elements from industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, new materials, and new energy. The Jilin exhibition area, themed "Jiju Craftsmanship Innovation Leading", became a vivid window for the old and modern industrial bases to move towards new quality productivity.

At this conference, Professor Liu Weidong and hundreds of craftsmen from major countries across the country gathered together to discuss the spirit of craftsmanship and innovative development. At the same time, in the innovation achievement exhibition and exchange area, main forum, and sub forum set up by the conference, they shared their scientific research achievements and innovation experience, and deeply discussed industry development trends with experts from various fields, gathering wisdom and contributing to promoting scientific and technological progress and industrial upgrading.
